As the Production Control & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production control and logistics activities of the plant, in alignment with the Division/Business Group PC&L strategy. You will lead a team of professionals in charge of customer management and deliveries, production planning, internal and external flows management, and continuous improvement. You will also ensure adherence to the PC&L standard processes and the department budget.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Degree in industrial or supply-chain management (highly preferred)
• Professional experience in production control and logistics, preferably in the automotive industry
• Experience in operations, including safety and quality basics
• Fluency in German and English
• Knowledge of ERP processes and tools, with the ability to detect, understand, and solve issues
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, customers, purchasing, suppliers, program team, engineering, and plant staff
• Knowledge of employee empowerment basics and ability to engage team members in working under standard conditions and continuous improvement
