Moncler is looking for a Store Manager for its boutique in Frankfurt Airport .

The Store Manager strives to reach excellence in business performance and key qualitative objectives, always going beyond expectations, inspiring, managing, and coaching the team.

Main activities will be:

Your Impact

1. Create a genuine, attentive, and long-lasting relationship with the clients, based on listening, meeting and exceeding client’s needs and expectations;
2. Be focused on excellent performances and results, based on clear KPIs, in a challenging competitive environment.
3. Maintain visual merchandising standards and the overall standards in terms of technical maintenance, cleanness, and staff personal appearance;
4. Constantly enhance the knowledge of the brand\’s history and values, promote collections and product features;
5. Create an exciting work environment where trust and respect for diversity is valued;
6. Empower others through engagement and motivation: recognize individual strengths and provide solutions to consistently improve;
7. Recognize talent and potential, as well as a feedback-oriented coaching environment, whilst ensuring team and individual development.
8. Lead the team to achieve common goals, identifying clear priorities, tasks, and definition of roles;

Qualifications

Requirements:

1. 5 Years previous experience in managerial roles in structured Fashion Luxury and Retail Companies;
2. Degree with specialization in Retail/Hospitality Management would be a plus;
3. Willingness to evolve in the organization;
4. Proven excellent client service skills;
5. Fluency & sophistication in English and German, while another language is a plus;
6. Digitally aware. Deep knowledge of MS Office and proven experience in clienteling, payments, and warehouse management systems and tools.
