Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily team meetings to discuss key to-dos and ensure everyone is on track.
- Manage a team handling qualified leads from marketing, guiding and inspiring them through the sales process.
- Use dashboards and KPIs to monitor team performance and meet targets.
- Support team development through regular 1:1 coaching sessions, focusing on individual strengths and team progress.
- Work with clients worldwide, supporting major deals and maintaining strategic key accounts.
- Collaborate with management to optimize sales processes.
- Ensure the team achieves goals while maintaining high job satisfaction.
- Bring several years of sales team management experience, with a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in software or capital goods.
- Act as a coach to develop team members and inspire growth.
- Passionate about motivating people and systematically expanding the sales organization.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Participate in personalized leadership onboarding and career planning.
