Head of Engineering | Development, AI, B2B SaaS, Tech Leadership | Berlin

Head of Engineering with solid technical expertise and previous team leadership is sought after by an industry leading tech company in Berlin. They work hard to give their clients access to the best possible platform and need a strong leader to help direct the developers, AI Engineers and devops team. They are looking for a highly technical leader to join their team as the Head of Engineering and manage their projects, platform and team while navigating the company’s strategic technical decisions in line with the business needs.

Skills and experience required for this position:

• Previous technical and person management
• In-depth understanding of AI/ML
• Previous experience on a B2B SaaS product is essential
• Strong knowledge in a range of development languages (ideally Python, Node.js, TypeScript)
• AWS experience would be beneficial
• Understanding of a range of DevOps tools and AI tech trends
• Confidence in your ability to lead a project from a technical perspective
• Excellent communicator (fluent in English)
