Senior SEO Manager (m/f/d) – Your Job
What you do:
- Become the internal SEO contact point for one or more of our products
- Develop, implement, and monitor a holistic SEO strategy for several products and content types
- Work on projects like keyword mapping, internal linking, and hreflang implementation
- Continuously monitor SEO KPIs
- Conduct complex analyses and regular SEO-relevant audits
- Collaborate with product management, web development, editorial, and design teams
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external service providers
Who you are:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in SEO, ideally both in-house and agency-side
- A proven track record of optimizing large websites using a data-driven, customer-focused approach
- Profound comprehension of search engine algorithms and ranking methodologies
- Technical SEO expertise, especially within an agile team environment
- Content SEO expertise, particularly on enterprise websites with +1m pages
- In-depth SEO knowledge (internal linking structures, crawl management, indexing strategies, hreflangs, canonicals, …)
- Proficiency in utilizing SEO tools like Screaming Frog, GA4, Google Search Console, Sistrix, Majestic, or equivalents
- Excellent stakeholder management and overall communication skills
- Ability to train and pass on knowledge to more junior team members
- Excellent German and English language skills
