Working Student Sustainability Data & System Rollout Support (f/m/d).

Looking to combine your passion for tech, data, and sustainability? Join our Group Sustainability Data team and gain hands-on experience in a global IT system rollout. You\’ll actively contribute to driving meaningful change across our international network — all while building real-world skills in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

Impact: Assist in the technical rollout of our new IT Due Diligence tool to NKG group companies worldwide. You\’ll help configure workflows, develop templates, and support testing processes tailored to both central and local requirements

User Assistance: Provide responsive and hands-on support to system users, helping resolve questions and issues as they adopt the new platform.

Data Excellence: Assist in managing multiple datasets, conducting quality checks, and executing data transformations to ensure clean, reliable, and consistent data

Communication & Training: Create clear and engaging communication materials and training guides. Help deliver webinars and onboarding sessions to ensure smooth and confident user adoption across all regions.

Reporting: Contribute to the design of reporting concepts to monitor implementation progress. Collaborate with data analysts to generate clear, accurate, and business-relevant reports.)

Education: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree program in IT, Sustainability, Business Administration, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field

Background: You have gained initial practical experience in working with data, logistics, or traceability topics—ideally through internships or working student positions. An interest in digital supply chains or sustainability adds value and reflects your motivation to contribute to impactful work. You demonstrate great attention to detail, ensuring high data quality and accuracy.

Soft Skills: You are a curious and adaptable team player with a proactive mindset. You enjoy solving problems, working independently, and staying well-organized. Your strong communication skills help you convey complex content in a simple and user-friendly way.

Internationality: You demonstrate strong intercultural skills and are fluent in English, as you will be part of an international team working entirely in English. Spanish is a strong plus.

MS Office: You have a good command of the MS Office package, and experience with Power BI is a plus.
