The Opportunity: – Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aimed at enhancing laboratory workplaces. – Lead the FP-Score performance measurement and improvement initiative, working with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and communicate initiatives that drive improvement. – Foster engagement within the Global Laboratory Workplace Community, promoting the exchange of best practices across both Pharma and Diagnostics divisions. – Create, coordinate, and manage internal and external communications related to laboratory workplace scope, developing compelling content and leveraging multiple communication channels. – Support the collaboration with MyGreenLab and facilitate the MyGreenLab Certification Program. – Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis, utilizing both in-house and external resources to generate insights and present high-impact findings. – Coordinate and support key team initiatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members, experts, and external stakeholders.
