This internship offers a unique chance to apply academic skills in a dynamic setting, with exposure to key areas such as Real Estate, Facilities Management, Sustainability, and Project Management. We seek a motivated, proactive individual eager to grow and contribute to our Laboratory Workplace team, supporting environments that foster innovation and successful product launches. The Opportunity: – Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aimed at enhancing laboratory workplaces. – Lead the FP-Score performance measurement and improvement initiative, working with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and communicate initiatives that drive improvement. – Foster engagement within the Global Laboratory Workplace Community, promoting the exchange of best practices across both Pharma and Diagnostics divisions. – Create, coordinate, and manage internal and external communications related to laboratory workplace scope, developing compelling content and leveraging multiple communication channels. – Support the collaboration with MyGreenLab and facilitate the MyGreenLab Certification Program. – Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis, utilizing both in-house and external resources to generate insights and present high-impact findings. – Coordinate and support key team initiatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members, experts, and external stakeholders. You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, or you finished your studies within the past 12 months prior to the start date related to Facility Management, Real Estate, Project Management, Design, Architecture , or a related field, or have equivalent educational experience. Moreover, you have/ you are: – Strong ability to work effectively in cross-functional, virtual, and matrix teams – Excellent communication skills with the ability to transfer complex analysis, concepts, and ideas into clear and convincing communications – Self-motivated, proactive, and confident, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a strong "can-do" attitude – Previous experience or internships in Facility Management, Real Estate, Architecture or Project Management is a plus – Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a requirement; German is an asset To be considered, please send us your: – CV – Motivation letter (including desired start date & duration) – Due to regulations, Non-EU/non-EFTA citizens are required to submit a certificate of enrolment along with an official letter from their university confirming that the internship is a mandatory component of their studies.
