Head of Accounting

We are hiring a Head of Accounting available asap. Must have a recognized education / diploma (DEC, CPA) and management experience. This role involves leading a team of accounting professionals, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards and regulations, as well as leading key projects. Accounting Accounts receivable Accounts payable Payroll integration Travel cost & expenses integration Fixed assets Other subledgers Consolidation/combination of group entities Financial reporting incl. Annual Reports Audit coordination Tax Tax records Tax declarations, including collection of tax receivables Tax documentation, incl. intercompany documentation VAT, income taxes, cost taxes Internal controls & compliance with applicable legal, fiscal & accounting norms Team leadership & development Systems and technology, evolution of ERP, linked systems and interfaces FP&A support – CPA, DEC or Brevet federal. – Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience. – Minimum of 5 years of team leadership experience. – Proficient knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations and French accounting standards. – Consolidation experience. – Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance.
