As Account Coordinator at Hylink, you are a reliable, proactive, and forward-thinking talent that will play an important role in supporting the agency’s development in German speaking markets.
As Account Coordinator Intern, you will provide the client with analytical and sales power required to drive advertiser, acquisition and overall business growth of your portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with senior Hylink team members, identify sales and business development opportunities, and share Hylink’s client resources to internal teams. You will evangelize new Hylink products and technologies throughout the agency, and develop and manage strong relationships with internal agency influencers and decision-makers, driving scalable product adoption and growth across the broader portfolio of accounts.
Reporting directly to senior agency staff, you will learn the skills necessary to succeed in advertising, as well as understand emerging business models as they happen.
Your knowledge of China digital marketing combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grows. You will be involved with a team of fast-paced, multitasking high-achievers. Covering training across programmatic, digital, industry analysis, and client service, you will develop influential, relationship-building skills, learn to provide Hylink-caliber client service, and fully grasp research and market analysis.
Responsibilities You will anticipate how decisions are made, and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Hylink’s key partners and objectives. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Coordinate day-to-day as well as long-term schedules of key agency management.
· Conduct competitive, industry, or client research for presentations, pitches, or industry analysis.
· Develop briefs, client reports, and key agency documentation in a timely manner.
· Assist various senior staff in execution of internal agency projects.
· Develop client-facing relationship and servicing skills to better provide efficient deployment to our partners and clients.
· Help manage daily business of account(s) with responsibility for ensuring that work is completed on-time and on-budget.
· Support the execution of strategy, provide brand stewardship and maintain strong client satisfaction on assigned brand(s).
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in digital advertising, marketing or similar area
· Graduate of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Associate’s degree program focused on Business, Communication, Marketing, or Market Research fields.
· Deep knowledge of Chinese digital landscape, of all the key media platforms in the digital ecosystem, KOL/KOC Coordination and Chinese consumer market
· Very familiar with all aspects of digital marketing from SEM, SEO, social media, digital content strategy and programmatic advertising
· Strong proposal capabilities using PPT , able to create eye-catching decks
· Strong project management skills, demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously
· Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
· Very familiar with agency work flow, strong ability of executing client campaigns
· Balanced team player dedicated to client service, comfortable with start-up environment, and fast moving working pace.
· Fluent in both German and English both speaking and writing, preferably Chinese language skills.
