The Project & Program Manager will support, structure, and manage the implementation of transformation initiatives and projects (Shape4Growth), acting as a single point of coordination across functions and regions. They must ensure the project results are measurable and linked to the P&L as real EBITDA contribution, take care about the transparency and reporting status of the project portfolio, managing links between stakeholders of projects and P&L impacts and execution risks for the program.

- Implement best transformation practices, procedures, and quality objectives
- Exploiting synergies among the projects and identifying cross-project dependencies, evaluating related risks, requirements, and opportunities
- Build a strong relationship with all stakeholders, especially Steering committees, Owners, and Project Managers
