Das voraussichtliche Gehalt liegt zwischen 36000 - 60000 € pro Jahr.
- Autonomous responsibility for the commercial and technical operation of diverse portfolios
- Monitoring and implementation of legal requirements, especially for residential properties in Berlin
- Digital property management with the ixHaus software, in conjunction with Casavi and EverReal
- Management, monitoring and coordination of external service providers
- Master data maintenance, property controlling, budget creation and budget tracking
- Regular property inspections with initiation of necessary measures
- Close cooperation with the letting department
Your profile
- Completed property-specific training or studies
- Several years of professional experience in the management of residential properties
- Knowledge of building technology and construction issues is an advantage
- Experience with ix-Haus desirable
- Good commercial understanding and experience in reporting and documentation
- Team orientated and enthusiastic personality
