Role & Responsibilities: Work closely with the Board of Directors, General Management and other senior colleagues to develop strategic plans and see through to implementation. Review reports/analysis and make recommendations for related Trust initiatives. Structure, manage and administer all related Trust and Family Office activities, as required. Plan, organise and control the day-to-day administration and compliance activities, within area of responsibility. Maintain proficient knowledge of all Trust rules and regulations. Advise the Board of Directors, General Management and other applicable senior colleagues pertaining to emerging Trust issues. Consult and guide in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks. Oversee actions of independent third party and regulatory audits. Preparation for such audits i.e. coordinate responses to external auditors and regulatory examiners. Ensure deficiencies identified from such audits and examinations are corrected etc. Make recommendations and provide support in the Family Office, strategic, and business matters, as required. Review and advise on new business in related to Trust related activities. Manage non-legal reviews of Trust documents for new business acceptance. Lead and support in projects i.e. definition, set-up and see through to completion. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time and within budget. Prepare and issue reports for management, audit and regulators, as required. Manage banking regulations knowledge for complying with Trust related activities. Ensure compliance with all applicable reporting and record keeping requirements. Responsible for all applicable regulatory reporting globally. Any other reasonable activities applicable to the role and seniority of the post holder, as required. Key Skills: Degree qualified or equivalent STEP, Trust and Estate Practitioner Sound knowledge of Regulatory, Tax and Accounting topics 8 years + ideally in a similar role English & German fluent Strong communication skills coupled with diplomacy to deal with the demands of a Family Office and its members.
