Salesforce Functional Lead

Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Field Service SME
  2. Someone that knows Field Service from implementing it and supporting it at previous clients.

This client install has:

  1. No Customizations
  2. No Lightning code
  3. All configurations support existing install while working on future releases/enhancements
  4. Must have working knowledge of the following Salesforce Field Service functionality:
  1. Workflow rules
  2. Case Assignment rules
  3. Setting up Service territories
  4. Auto-Dispatch
  5. Auto-Scheduler
  6. SF FieldService Mobile App for use by the Service Techs and Drivers
  7. Parts Consumed and Parts Returned
  8. Config
