Job Description
- Become part of our team as Export Control Compliance Manager with responsibility for compliance with global export control regulations and policies.
- Also, you will be responsible for implementation and monitoring of the requirements for the Global Standards and Procedures within the area of responsibility.
- You will be in charge for the consulting of all Export Control related questions in Germany and you will the responsible contact person for selected divisions.
- Also you will manage internal & external audits.
- Furthermore, you have an active role in monitoring of national export control law changes.
- Finally, you will continuously monitor the business activities with special focus on circumvention and review and release of business models or individual transactions.
Qualifications
- Education: completed university degree in business administration or business law or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: demonstrated knowledge of export controls; professional experience in the field of foreign trade; experience in ERP systems software; skilled and familiar with IT systems (Office, SAP etc.)
- Personality and Working Practice: You are an assertive and reliable team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills including a cross functional team spirit and Compliance mindset; You have inter-cultural experience and a structured-, quality- and result-oriented way of working with analytical skills
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English and German
Additional Information
*In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 113.000 EUR for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the company´s eligibility requirements). The individual salary depends on your job-specific experience. In addition, you will receive a bonus based on the company’s success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan. We will be happy to discuss further details of our remuneration package, as well as (remuneration) development opportunities, with you during the application process.
