<![CDATA[ Test Handling Equipment Engineer wanted to join our team, responsible for analyzing equipment performance, developing data-driven solutions, and driving continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and quality.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• As the Test Handling Equipment Engineer you will be responsible to setup & drive effective indicators such as OEE, UDT, MTBA, MTBF, FPY, PM Fulfillment, etc.
• Overall responsibility for production readiness of new Test Handling system including test hardware & product qualification.
• Drive preventive maintenance (PM) systematic & compliance to perform regular PM, troubleshooting and repair of equipment to ensure to ensure safety, high availability & reliability.
• Analyze parts usage & life span to ensure optimum machine performance& drive cost effective PM program by managing Operating Supply and PM cost within budget.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to contribute to the overall Segment performance in productivity (NLoP) and Quality (NLoZD).
• Perform data analysis using appropriate statistical tools to analyse &understand trends, deviations and take actions to rectify andre-validate.
• Implement control plans such as APC & Out of Control action plans to monitor and manage deviations.
• Strategize & Plan machine overhaul & reconditioning based on need and usage.
• Develop equipment specifications to BM next generation or 2nd source equipment/tools.
• Develop equipment and tools work instruction & manage training for operator, technician and engineer as required.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience 0-5 year as Product/Process/Equipment Engineering in Electronic, Semiconductor or Automation sector.
• Fresh graduates who can demonstrate great aptitude & keen interest are encouraged to apply.
• Experienced on Test Handler platforms such as Delta Matrix, MT9928,Adv M4841, TW330/350; SECS/GEM & APC will be added advantage.
• Experienced on Tester platform such as Teradyne J750, Advantest V93Ktester platforms will be added advantage Experienced on Laser marking machine, Inspection machine, Packingmachine, PLC control will be added advantage.
• Good practice on Microsoft power point and Excel.
• Have basic knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWork.
• Good command of English both written, speaking and listening.
• Good knowledge on SPC for process control and quality improvement.
