As Global HR Service Performance & Workforce Planning Manager, you will globally implement and continuously improve procedures for performance management and workforce planning for our regional HR Shared Service Centre Hubs in order to build an efficient, fast and accurate workforce planning and performance analysis. In addition, you will lead the performance and KPI review and advise the Global HR Services Leadership team on implementation of derived service performance measures.

In your new role you will:

  • Develop accurate workforce planning outcomes for global HR Services with the aim of consulting top management data-driven decision making
  • Oversee analysis of current performance and conduct real-time forecasting to ensure the right capacity across all regions
  • Extract and analyze performance data and propose respective improvement measures and action items
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of global capacity planning and implement mitigation plans for resource conflicts while combining capacity planning results with performance analysis conclusions
  • Maintain communication with HR Services teams across the globe, facilitate exchange on global HR operations best practices and develop ad-hoc reports
  • Collaborate closely with the global HR Service Portfolio manager and process owners, and implement and embed Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements for the management of the HR Service Centers
  • Set-up and facilitate global and regional HR Services Performance reviews and senior management meetings, incl. presentation of data and analysis results
  • Have a strong advisory role for our Operations Excellence teams

You are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation, clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them. You strive for continuous improvement and promote an awareness of continuous quality in your area of work. Furthermore, you have a clear notion of how innovation contributes to the commercial success of the company, and have the passion and the courage to develop new and creative ideas

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, workforce planning and demand governance roles, preferably in (HR) Operations or Shared Service Center environment
  • Experience with process improvements and KPIs in a shared services context (business consulting background is a plus)
  • Skilled in reporting and data analysis
  • Proficient with MS Office tools and data analysis platforms (experience with HRIS tools and HR dashboards is a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset and team player
  • Experience with senior management communication
  • Excellent communication skills in German and in English
