Offset Printer / Media Technologist position at the Hanover factory:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Offset Printer to join our dynamic printing team. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional technical expertise and extensive knowledge of operating various printing machines. Responsibilities:

Demonstrate exceptional technical skills and extensive knowledge of operating various printing machines.

Configure settings, adjust, and monitor feeding and transport mechanisms, ink spreading systems, and other crucial functions of the printing process.

Accurately mix printing inks and solvents, manage paper and printing ink supply during printing runs.

Monitor ink supply and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent quality.

Meticulously monitor, evaluate, and assess the operation of the printing press to compare the print mark with corrections and detect errors.

Maintain high-quality standards throughout the printing process.

Produce various printed products and adeptly monitor the print mark.

Switch between different printing methods and adapt to changing printing requirements.
Maintain, adjust, repair, and clean machines used for digital prints as well as transferring and printing images.

Proactively approach machine maintenance, swiftly troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Operate printing machines that employ different printing methods, including digital, flexo, gravure, and offset printing machines.

Work with various printing technologies and equipment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Offset Printer.
Exceptional technical skills and extensive knowledge of operating various printing machines.
Proficient in accurately mixing printing inks and solvents.
Strong ability to monitor and adjust ink supply to maintain consistent quality.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
Flexibility in producing various printed products and adapting to changing printing requirements.
Experience in maintaining, adjusting, repairing, and cleaning printing machines.
Versatility in working with different printing technologies and equipment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
