On behalf of our client, a global medical technology company, based in Zurich region, Swisslinx is looking for an experienced International HR Project Manager, reporting to the HR Director and ensuring flawless execution of all HR processes within international legal entities. – Start date: As soon as possible (latest January 2025) – Duration: 6 months – Extension: possible as well as internalization – Workload: 100% (with 3 days per week on site) Your mission: – Engage in LE set up activities from an HR point of view and act as main contact partner for the Regional Heads and affected employees. – Act as the primary point of contact to the Regions, supporting transition to NewCos. – Act as a trusted advisor, coach and consultant to leaders and management to improve BUVI separation activities and Go Live of NewCos. – Develop and organize calendar of HR activities for international LE. – Drive Headcount management, Recruiting activites, offers approval, position approval processes, in strong alignment with the VI Headquarter. – Run monthly and yearly HR processes. – Drive HR projects for international regions. Your profile: – 8-10 years of successful HR management experience. – Experience working in an international environment. – Strong influencing skills, empathetic and strategic thinking personality. – Experience in talent development, employee development, learning and training. – Fluent in English and German. Knowledge, Skills & Competencies: – Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles and practice of HR including legal and compliance requirements. – Ability to effectively influence at a senior level and inspire confidence through timely, thorough and accurate delivery of information, and creative/strategic solutions that address business needs. – Can-do attitude, solution- rather than problem-focused, able to dig into issues where needed, strong operational focus. – Outstanding communications skills, able to interact with all levels of the organization. – Ability to set high personal goals and work independently and demonstrative proactive follow through. – Understand the need to align HR actions for international reinsurance with the global HR agenda. – Strong collaboration skills, an outstanding team player. – Awareness of requirements to drive an inclusive performance culture within a globally diverse organization. – Highest sense of values and ethics.
