Role: SAP Document Management Systems Expert

Start Date: 7th Apr 2025

End Date: 30th September 2025

Capacity: 5 days a week

Location: 60% onsite in Dusseldorf (every third week), 40% Remote

Language: English, German (Nice to have)

Must Have: SAP DMS Experience and candidate must be based in Germany

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• As an Integration Engineer , you will be responsible for providing consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions .
• Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions.
• Drive discussions and consult on transformation , the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.
• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions .
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Intermediate proficiency in Document Management Systems (DMS) is required.
• Intermediate level of proficiency in SAP Document Management is recommended.
• SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing proficiency at an Intermediate level is suggested.
• Develop and implement integration strategies for seamless business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on system integration best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes and technologies.
