Job Title: Procurement Manager (8 Month Contract)

Location: Remote

Contract Type: 8 months full time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join a global organisation on a contract basis . The successful candidate will support global projects and contribute to sourcing activities primarily related to Real-World Evidence (RWE) , Market Access , Clinical Development , and Non-Interventional Studies .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes and sourcing strategies in alignment with internal stakeholders and project needs.
• Support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.
• Collaborate closely with global teams on pharmaceutical-related projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and contribute to cost optimisation and risk mitigation.
• Provide insights and reporting using tools such as Power BI and Excel .

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional/project experience in procurement or sourcing roles.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is essential , particularly in areas such as RWE , Market Access , Clinical Development , or Non-Interventional Studies .
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI , Excel , and other analytical tools.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work within a global corporate environment and manage international stakeholders effectively.
• Self-starter with excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
