Human Resources Business Partner (Germany)

Are you an experienced HR generalist with a passion for making a difference? We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Business Partner to support the Stemline DACH Commercial business. If you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you can be both a thinker and a doer, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

This position can be based anywhere in Germany and is fully remote. However, some travel within the DACH region will be required.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

With your HR experience, possibly within the healthcare sector, you have developed a solid foundation in HR practices and policies. You’ve worked in smaller or larger companies, ideally both, and now you’re ready for a role where you can take ownership and make a real impact. You love the autonomy of working independently, but you also value learning from extraordinarily talented people around you.

In this role, you’ll be part of a small, innovative team that functions like a startup but benefits from the stability and resources of the global Menarini Group. You’ll be able to roll up your sleeves, get involved in every aspect of HR, and truly leave your mark on the organization. Your work will directly support our mission to improve lives, giving you a sense of purpose and energy every day.

What You Will Do:

  1. Tactical HR Implementation:
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with our business goals.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a welcoming new hire experience.
  • Assist in performance management processes, tracking employee performance reviews and development plans.
  • Address routine employee inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex cases to senior HR staff.
  • Collaborate closely with the German Works Council.
  • Collaborate closely with the global HR team and our Centers of Excellence (Global Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Comp & Ben).
  • Operational HR Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems.
    • Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee engagement.

    Who You Are:

    • You have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • You bring 7-10 years of HR generalist experience.
    • You possess strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
    • You excel in organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Your interpersonal and communication skills are exceptional, and you are fluent in both German and English.
    • You handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
    • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HRIS or other HR software.
    • You have experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

If you are passionate about HR and eager to contribute to a growing organization, we would love to hear from you.
