As a Team Lead, you will ensure that we not only work optimally with our partners in packaging production but also develop innovative solutions for efficient and sustainable supply chains together with your team. As the Team Lead of Operative Supply Chain (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the further development of our supply chain structures. You will lead and develop your team, establish efficient digital and scalable processes, and focus on automation and data-driven solutions to guarantee the best possible customer experience. You will also scrutinize existing structures and actively drive the digital transformation of our supply chain.
- You will take on the leadership of the operational SCM team, continuously develop your employees, actively drive the achievement of targets, and support solution finding.
- You will maintain business relationships with our partners in packaging production based on performance reviews, forecasts, material stocks, or new product developments.
- You will identify optimization potential in business processes and actively shape digitalization and efficiency enhancements across the supply chain.
- You will work with your team to monitor supply chain capacity and performance, identify bottlenecks, and develop suitable action plans.
- You will oversee quality assurance processes and manage supplier claims, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company standards.
- You will implement ad hoc analyses and special projects to actively contribute to our company\’s success.
- You will be responsible for planning and conducting annual inventory and internal supply chain audits, ensuring smooth purchasing, coordination, and operational processes.
- You will develop and coordinate the strategic roadmap for our SCM activities.
- You should have at least 6 years of work experience in supply chain management.
- You should have strong organizational skills and practical experience with project management tools and methods.
- You should have proven expertise in supplier and partner management.
- A background in the packaging industry or tech/e-commerce environment is preferred.
- You should be an excellent communicator in both German and English.
- You are a team player with high self-motivation and independence.
- You have leadership experience managing small teams, setting clear goals, driving efficiency, and motivating your team.
