Join our team of experts at ALAIKA Advisory and play a pivotal role in “Building the Future of Financial Services” and contributing to our three core domains: Strategic Transformations, AI/Data Analytics & Cybersecurity.

What you will do:

  • Manage & Organize: Whether you’re aligning a packed calendar, orchestrating meetings across multiple time zones, managing internal documentation and incoming invoices, or simplifying complex travel logistics, your multitasking, organizational, and decision-making skills will be paramount.
  • Anticipate & Navigate: Solve problems before they manifest. As our dynamic, driven Executive Assistant, independently support our Founders / CEOs. Dive deep into organizing and supervising appointments, prioritizing effectively in relevant scenarios.
  • Engage & Represent: Act as the extended arm, eye, and ear of the Founders / CEOs. This role isn\’t just about assisting; it\’s about embodying the ethos and vision of our leadership.
  • Facilitate & Foster: Dive into the realm of Administrative & Office Management Support. Organize our signature global executive events and monthly and quarterly team & client gatherings.

Your profile:

  • Foundation of Success: Previous experience as an executive assistant is a must.
  • Startup-Ready: Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environment is a strong plus.
  • Communication Maestro: Proficiency in English & German, both in speech and writing (min. C1 level).
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong familiarity with Windows and MS Office Suite, especially Outlook.
  • Detail-Driven: Your administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are unmatched.
  • Confidentiality Guardian: Handling sensitive and confidential data is second nature to you.
  • Global Connector: Your knack for building and solidifying relationships knows no boundaries.
  • Finance Affinity: A background in finance or experience working with finance-related processes is beneficial.
