Job Overview: Responsible for leading and managing execution processes, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the strategic direction of pitches and transactions. To support Directors and Managing Directors in developing tactical plans within the broader GCIB strategic mandate, specific to the targeted client group. Responsibilities: Begin building relationships to generate deals & bring in business Manage and lead the execution of M&A processes and actively participate in capital markets transactions Act as primary point of contact between: clients, lawyers, financial regulators & legal teams involved in all deals Manage and develop direct junior (Analyst and Associate) resources and activities across the global franchise in order to deliver the Bank’s products and services to the client Responsible for the attraction and development of junior talent and following such performance management procedures as the company’s policies dictate, under the guidance of a Director or Managing Director Ensure the Bank’s activities are conducted in a compliant and risk-free manner Required Skills: What we are looking for: Relevant full-time experience in Investment Banking with a leading bank or M&A boutique Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus In-depth experience of delivering investment banking products and advisory services to clients Track record of executing M&A and capital markets transactions Excellent analytical skills are required Meticulous attention to detail, diligence and conscientiousness Excellent interpersonal communication skills Demonstrable ability to understand financing needs and match client needs with the most appropriate product / service Evidence of having led and developed teams Seniority level Executive Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Sales Banking Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Bank of America by 2x Get notified about new Vice President of Investment jobs in Zurich, Zurich, Switzerland .
