Role Overview: In response to strong market demand and the increasing impact of Technology (e.g.: Cloud, AI, Data Management, Cyber Risks), we are seeking consultants who can work directly with clients to help them understand and address the risks associated with the technologies that support their business. This will involve interacting with client staff and senior stakeholders, working on multiple assignments, and collaborating with global teams of EY personnel. You will be stretched to learn about new IT risk areas as they evolve, work across a range of different clients in multiple sectors, and deal with complex and demanding issues on a daily basis. Your key Responsibilities: Contribute to the successful end-to-end delivery of multiple engagements. Evaluate the company’s technology universe from a technical and business perspective, executing in-depth assessments of IT processes, risks, and controls through interviews, desktop analysis, and system inspection. Review the setup of complex systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and technology governance frameworks in line with industry-leading practices (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, NIST). Be involved in certification and attestation engagements, such as SOC reporting, ISAE reporting, and ISO certification, both from an audit and implementation perspective. Perform system implementation assessments, including data migration, system design, and architecture. Evaluate cybersecurity risks and recommend security improvements. Leverage data analytics and process automation for audit efficiency. Provide clients with EY-supported insights and pragmatic recommendations to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and risk management. Assist in the further development of our technology risk competencies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Information Technology, Applied Economics, Commercial Science, Computer Science, or related fields with a keen interest in the latest technology trends. 1-3 years of relevant working experience in IT auditing or a risk & assurance role. Strong project management, people, analytical, and reporting skills with a positive, problem-solving mindset. Experience with large ERP and/or financial systems (such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, JDE) audit tools and data analytics (e.g., SQL, Power BI). Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Strong teaming orientation, leadership, commitment, and eagerness to learn and evolve in a dynamic environment. Strong business communication skills in English and French; German language skills are a plus. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-industry, multinational environment. Ideally, you’ll also have: Familiarity with IT frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL) is a plus. Professional certifications such as CGEIT, CISA, CISM, CISSP, COBIT, CRISC, and ITIL are a plus. What we look for: Our ambition is bold.
