About the Role :
As the Global Product Marketing Manager for fashion, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives across the category. Your responsibilities include developing compelling product narratives, crafting seasonal storytelling, and executing effective go-to-market strategies to enhance customer engagement, drive conversions, and foster brand loyalty. Additionally, you will oversee a team of marketers, ensuring cohesive and customer-centric marketing strategies across all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies tailored to the women\’s fashion category, aligned with strategic objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Marketing Managers across various categories to maintain consistency and excellence in marketing practices.
- Work closely with teams across product development, marketing, campaigns, and creative to develop compelling product narratives and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
- Enhance consumer engagement through data-driven marketing initiatives, continually refining strategies based on performance metrics.
- Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives to strengthen brand presence and stimulate sales growth.
Requirements:
- Significant experience (over 7 years) in product marketing, brand management, or category marketing, within the fashion industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams and facilitate collaborative efforts across different functions.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing impactful product marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
- Expertise in understanding consumer behaviour, storytelling techniques, and trend-driven marketing methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, proficient project management capabilities, and robust analytical aptitude.
- Familiarity with omnichannel retail landscapes, encompassing both digital and physical retail environments.
