Visual Components is an international company. We are headquartered in Espoo, Finland, but we have offices in Tampere Finland, the US, Germany, and Japan, along with a global partner network of partners and resellers. The role and the team
We are looking for a dedicated Territory Sales Manager with industry experience, ideally from the automation and welding industry but appreciate other experience, as well. You will join our sales team in Germany to support and grow our network of customers looking to make a difference in their operations with industrial robots using state-of-the-art programming methods with our software.
Your role is to support our growth by increasing direct sales in the DACH region. We appreciate any background you might have in software, either from a sales or another role in your past experience.
The office of our branch in Germany is located in Munich. We take a serious approach both to business and leisure and don’t forget to have fun on the go.
Your impact
- Actively selling Visual Components software to end customers
- Working with leads (both inbound and generating outbound)
- Building strong relationships with customers and growing existing accounts
- Creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts for the assigned sales territory
- Representing Visual Components in front of customers and users at tradeshows, seminars, and webinars
The skills you will bring
- Experience in B2B sales in the fields related to Industrial Robots and/or Industrial Processes such as welding, painting, cutting, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with specialists across various levels within our customers\‘ organizations, ranging from robot operators and process engineers to senior leadership such as CTOs and CEOs.
- Ability to handle multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
- Ability to develop your own sales opportunities into orders
- Experience in selling software is considered a strong advantage
- Confidence in social interactions
- Enthusiasm to be in touch with customers and build professional relationships
- Above-average organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to learn fast and solve problems independently
- Experience working with CRM
- Experience working with MS Office
- A great benefit would be if you have a passion for or experience in using 3D software in your work or private life
- Proficiency in German at a high professional level to communicate internally and with customers
- Proficiency in English at a high professional level to communicate internally
- You are expected to be able to travel
