SOSi is seeking an All Source Analyst to join a large intelligence and technical support program supporting contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout Europe.
Responsibilities
- Serves as an All Source Analyst who monitors and provides expertise with regard to specific countries within the Area of Responsibility/Area of Interest (AOR/AOI).
- Researches, analyzes, and produces near- and long-term all source assessments on political, military, economic, social, criminal, terrorism/counterterrorism, or multi-discipline counter-intelligence issues in response to customer priority intelligence requirements.
- Prepares timely written and oral assessments developed through classified research of theater and national level resources, including databases and open source information.
- Prepares specialized political, military, and terrorism/counter-terrorism threat-related assessments and briefings in support of a wide-range of contingency operations and plans.
- Interprets complex political and economic developments and provides concise and coherent briefings on sensitive issues to senior leaders.
- Prepares specialized analytical products including technical reports and briefings.
- Performs indications and warning analysis.
- Provides quality control in daily reports and long-term projects.
- Performs complex data analysis, populates, and maintains the AOR Analytical Control Elements and CT/AVRS database.
- As tasked through the contractor PM (project officer or site lead), shares information with intelligence, counterintelligence, and law enforcement activities including coalition, allied, host nation, and national agencies.
- Briefs subordinate commands on the force protection situation in the AOR.
- Prepares and provides threat assessments and biographic information in support of senior staff officer visits.
Qualifications
- Active in Scope TS/SCI clearance.
- Master\’s degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience; OR
- Bachelor\’s degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized experience; OR
- 10 years of specialized experience with appropriate military and civilian training in the intelligence analysis field.
- All Source Analysts must have a thorough understanding of the intelligence cycle and architecture, to include planning, collection, research, analysis, and production.
- The All Source Analyst must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing, must possess a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), and must be able to work as a member of a team.
Working Conditions
- All Source Analysts assigned to the HQ must be available for recall, deployment, and shift work under 16 – or 24-hour 7-day per week operational cycles. They also must be willing to live under field conditions equivalent to those of the supported unit during field exercises and training events.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Ability to lift and/or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs.
