Ingredion seeks a strategic digital leader to transform global supply chain and operations processes. This role combines architecture, project delivery, and innovation to implement scalable solutions that boost efficiency and business value.

Your Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead digital technology projects through all phases, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery of impactful solutions. Oversee architecture, design, testing, and implementation aligned with standards.
• Portfolio Assessment & Analysis: Evaluate and optimize software landscape based on performance and relevance. Develop strategic roadmaps and KPIs for standardization and improvement.
• Vendor Management, Procurement & Financials: Collaborate on vendor selection, licensing, budgeting, and monitor contracts and investments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into digital strategies, ensuring cross-functional coordination and stakeholder buy-in.
• Training, Support & Risk Management: Mentor teams, support change management, ensure compliance, and identify risks.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Track emerging technologies, recommend scalable improvements, and foster a culture of innovation.

Qualifications:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong experience with supply chain technologies like SAP, MES, Blue Yonder, Aspen, or Infor.

Skills for Success:

• Proven track record in digital transformation, system integration, and process optimization.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills globally.
