In this pivotal role, you will support the preparation, coordination, and submission of compelling proposals, working closely with technical, commercial, and operational teams to secure new business and contribute to our growth in the space sector.

Your Role

• Coordinate the proposal process for new business opportunities, ensuring efficient and timely submissions
• Collaborate with business development, engineering, finance, and project management teams to gather input and align proposal content
• Assist in the development of tailored, client-focused proposals that meet both technical and commercial requirements
• Help define bid strategies, ensuring proposals are compliant, high-quality, and competitive
• Manage timelines, responsibilities, and review processes to ensure smooth proposal delivery
• Support the development of cost models and pricing with input from commercial and finance teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, and best practices
• Assist in post-bid clarification and negotiation phases as required

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in proposal coordination or bid management within a complex engineering or technology-driven environment (space, aerospace, defence, or similar)
• Strong understanding of cost analysis, bid strategy, and commercial planning
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• High attention to detail, with a track record of producing clear, well-structured, and persuasive proposal documents
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proposal tools
• Experience working with public sector or defence procurement frameworks is desirable
