Job Title: German speaking C1 SAP HCM GERMANY PAYROLL
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for SAP HCM & Germany Payroll modules.
- General system customizing.
- Knowledge of Germany tax and regulatory requirements.
- Schemas and PCR used in region-wise payroll.
- Solve complex issues based on expert knowledge of SAP app functionality and payroll objects: rules, schemas, functions, etc.
- Support client customizations.
- Pro-active contributor to support organization requiring the ability to work flexible hours.
- Analyze and solve common issues with interfaces, T&A GFO\’s interface, and benefits handling.
- Payroll (historical/retroactivity) and time management (positive).
- EY program extraction of data, HRSP installation, SuccessFactors integration, and year-end activity.
Experience:
- 10 to 12+ years of SAP experience, particularly with SAP HCM/Payroll and Time Management.
- 10 to 12+ years of direct support for application end-users.
- Expertise in SAP ECC configuration and administration.
- History of solving complex problems across HR/PY modules and finance integration.
- Familiarity with tax submission to the government and tax regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of application functionality, tables, relationships, pay structure, payroll processing, off-cycle payroll, payroll postings, posting to accounting, payslip, and payroll year-end processes and activities.
- Knowledge of schemas and PCR used in region, incentive/company bonus, pension provision, tax reconciliation, social security, health insurance, labor union, pension fund contributions, life insurance contributions, and garnishment.
- HR & FI integration, EMEA Swift – EY interface, and SWIFT customization.
- HRSP installation, SuccessFactors integration, and year-end activity.
