Behind every great investment team is a great operations team, and that’s where you come in. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Executive Assistant to help ensure our fund runs smoothly and efficiently from our office in the heart of Munich.

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support Daria Saharova, General Partner at World Fund– Europe’s largest climate-focused VC. Daria is one of Europe’s most recognised tech and climate tech investors, a frequent speaker at major global conferences, and a trusted voice in the industry. In this role, you’ll be working directly alongside her – supporting not just daily operations, but also strategic activities, partnerships, and high-level networking.

Your Responsibilities

Executive Support

• Manage calendar, scheduling, and travel logistics (international)
• Handle communication and correspondence with high-profile stakeholders
• Prepare meetings, materials, and follow-ups
• Support Daria with her LinkedIn communication

Events & Office Support

• Help coordinate and host exclusive events with industry leaders
• Assist with internal logistics, meeting prep and office coordination
• Organise the smooth operation of our fantastic Munich office

What You Bring

• 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Confident working with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Experience with LinkedIn / social media management is a big plus
• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
• Highly organised, detail-driven, and professional
• Discreet, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Interest in innovation, sustainability, and tech is welcomed
