Senior Consultant (f/m/d)

With a team comprised of professionals from various backgrounds including professors, doctors, pharmacists, lawyers, and IT experts, we bring over 28 years of experience in the Life Science & Healthcare Industries.

Based in Kaiserslautern, Germany, our company operates with a remote workforce within Germany.

We are currently seeking for Junior Consultant, Consultant, and Senior Consultant.

Junior Consultant

As a Junior Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the development of project modules
• Contributing innovative ideas and supporting the creation of analytically sound concepts
• Engaging with clients under supervision to ensure seamless communication
• Supporting the development of existing services
• Participating in workshops, webinars, etc.
• Assisting in business development activities

Our ideal Junior Consultant candidate, settled in Germany, will embody:

• A university degree in life sciences, applied sciences, engineering, Information Technology within Life Sciences, or a related field
• Up to 2 years of experience in highly regulated industries, focusing on CSV, Validation & Qualification, and Data Integrity
• Some consulting experience is preferred but not necessary

Consultant

As a Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing project modules independently
• Contributing significantly to projects with innovative ideas and analytically sound concepts
• Engaging directly with clients to ensure seamless communication
• Enhancing existing services through practical development
• Leading smaller project teams and mentoring Junior Consultants
• Facilitating workshops, webinars, etc.
• Supporting business development activities

Our ideal Consultant candidate, settled in Germany, will embody:

• A university degree in life sciences, applied sciences, engineering, Information Technology within Life Sciences, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in highly regulated industries, focusing on CSV, Validation & Qualification, and Data Integrity
• 3+ years of consulting experience is necessary

Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Independently developing multiple project modules
• Contributing significantly to projects with innovative ideas and analytically sound concepts
• Directly engaging with clients to ensure seamless communication
• Advancing existing services through practical development
• Leading project teams and mentoring Junior Consultants/Consultants
• Facilitating workshops, webinars, etc.
• Supporting business development activities

Our ideal Senior Consultant candidate, settled in Germany, will embody:

• A university degree in life sciences, applied sciences, engineering, Information Technology within Life Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in highly regulated industries, focusing on CSV, Validation & Qualification, and Data Integrity
• 5+ years of consulting experience is absolutely necessary
• Extensive project management experience

For all positions, proficiency in German is a must.
