In our HRT (Heating and Refrigeration Technologies) division, our proven comprehensive portfolio – including heat pumps – plays a crucial role towards the decarbonization of cities and the reduction of global CO₂ emissions.
We are now seeking a skilled and motivated individual as Sales Support Digital Products (m/f/d) to support our team in Berlin, Düsseldorf or s´Hertogenbosch (NL).
In this role you report to the Vice President Service Business Development within Central Service Organization (CSO).
Responsibilities / Tasks
Your objective is to optimally promote the digital products to internal and external customers across business units of HRT, ensuring efficient sales processes for GEA customers and contractors.
It is necessary that you develop good contacts with the global service sales network and also support them to proactively approach new potential customers to sell digital products.
Additional tasks:
- Accountability for business development and country sales plans for digital products across Business Units of HRT globally
- Coordinating and steering digital product initiatives
- Has digital mindset and can drive opportunities in regions for digital portfolio of HRT
- Provides market feedback to the digital product management team
- Driving best practice and implementing state-of-the-art digital products, KPI reporting
- Ensuring that Regions & Countries organizations receive the necessary support from HRT Division, factories, business units around digital products
Your Profile / Qualifications
- University degree in engineering, MBA is an advantage
- Minimum three years of experience in selling digital products (B2B software applications)
- Strong expertise in business development, change management, and strategic planning
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills in an international environment
- High customer orientation and willingness to travel internationally
- Experience in refrigeration technology, market trends, and competitor landscape is an advantage
- Fluent English language skills, German or Dutch is an advantage
