Our Hiring Process (No Blind Dates Needed)

1. Introduction with HR: A relaxed remote chat with People management and a Flipster from your potential team to see if we\’re a good match.
2. Technical Talk: A call with your prospective department, where you can showcase your skills. You might be asked to prepare a small task beforehand.
3. Visit Our Office: Meet your future colleagues and experience a day in the life at Flip. Developers may participate in pair programming.
4. Meet a Founder: An informal meeting with Bene or Giaco in Stuttgart or via video call to get a firsthand feel of the Flip spirit.

What to Wear?

Casual is fine—jeans, jumpers, T-shirts—whatever makes you comfortable. Fun fact: Our Flip hoodies are so popular they\’ve been mistaken for a new fashion trend!

Holiday Policy

We offer 30 days of holiday for a 40-hour workweek. If your hours differ, holiday days are adjusted proportionally.

Working Hours Flexibility

We trust you to manage your time with flexible hours and no fixed core hours. Communicate your availability clearly to your team. We find this approach works very well, especially for those with family commitments.

Remote and Office Work Rules

You can choose to work from home or the office. We ask that you attend our Stuttgart head office for certain events to foster team cohesion.

Working from Abroad

Yes, you can work abroad if legally permitted. Notify us in advance for arrangements like extended \’workations\‘. Significant time zone differences may affect your schedule.

Workspace in the Office

Every day, you\’ll have access to the workspace best suited for your tasks, including quiet zones and collaborative areas. You can reserve your space via our booking tool.

Equipment Provided

Choose between a Windows laptop or a MacBook, and receive additional equipment like a monitor, headset, webcam, docking station, mouse, and keyboard as needed.
