About the jobWe are a leading global brand dedicated to creating Smart, Helpful, and Bold baby gear since 2007. Our business has continued to grow exponentially, and we are looking for a Global Brand Manager – Distributor markets (m/f/d) to drive the strategic direction and implementation of Brand marketing plans and Retail marketing programs for Nuna in certain Distributor Markets. This includes full responsibility in some markets and overseeing various other markets with direct reports. The role will focus on ensuring premium and consistent marketing executions throughout the regions, supporting the local distributor teams to elevate consumer experience.This role requires travel to distributor markets both in scope of responsibilities and outside of scope to assess and report on progress to distributor marketing team lead. Including travel twice yearly for companywide meetings.What you\’ll do Markets of Responsibility:1.Marketing Strategy and ExecutionWork closely with distributors to ensure 360° marketing activities with a full-funnel approach, delivering global marketing direction to the highest standard.Ensure brand consistency and the correct use of all tools and assets.Provide support to distributors regarding brand activation, including:-Social media-PR-Media spend-OOH (Out-of-Home)-Events-Digital activities-Celebrity & Influencer marketingEnsure Go-To-Market excellence for all new product launches.2.Budget and Financial OversightYearly budget planning and tracking of co-opted spend.Optimize the Influencer marketing budget and support distributors with search and negotiation.Closely monitor and in some cases fully manage digital ad campaigns, spend and ROAS with agencies and/or in house.3.Market Analysis and ReportingConduct regular market reviews and reports for global sales, product, and marketing teams, including:Market demographicsMarket economicsCompetition within the industryRetail landscapeCurrent state of the brand in the market (if applicable)Opportunities for growth in the market4.Retail Landscape and Community UnderstandingFully understand the retail landscape and the parenting community in assigned regions.5.Brand Identity and CommunicationCommunicate all custom graphic requests from distributors to the global brand team.Act as a gatekeeper for brand identity, gathering visuals, recapping local activities, and providing creative feedback from the global brand team to distributors.Evaluate current sales tools and identify opportunities to improve customer sell-in at both the distributor and retailer levels.6.Collaboration with Distributors and SalesCooperate with distributors on channel strategy and trade marketing initiatives with key accounts and retailers:-In-store-Online-Retail marketing plansCommunicate regional success stories to inform future best practices for the global team and other regions.Support distributors with the necessary marketing tools via the Project Management System (Wrike).7.Project Management and EventsProject manage trade shows, local showroom setups, and local events.Act as a proactive member of the International Marketing Team, communicating with Sales, Product, and Creative teams.8.Team Leadership and CoachingManage, coach, and guide team members in the distributor marketing team.Monitor budgets and activities in their region to ensure optimal outcomes.Support high-level conversations and negotiations with key partners and agencies.What you\’ll bring • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.• 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, trade marketing and/or external stakeholder management. Ideally within a premium, high-end product category.• Language: Fluent in English both spoken and written.
