The Developer Finance Automation and Data Europe supports to shape and drive the regional Digital, Data and Reporting capability and productivity tools to bring the Finance function into the future, in close cooperation with the rest of the finance team regional business partners and the global Digital function when needed. It is the key person to develop work task Automation for Finance.Managing key developments from inception through to delivery defining the technical roadmap and taking care fof the development.Europe key stakeholders include the Head of Finance Projects and Processes EU, the Director Corporate Planning and Controlling EU, the Head of Parts & Accessories Finance Planning & Controlling, the Digital Delivery Centre and Transformation. Global key stakeholders include the Digital / Commercial Domain Leads, other Regional Heads Digital, as well as the Enterprise & Infrastructure, Data, Info & Cyber Security, and Service Delivery functions. The role reports into the Head of Finance Projects, Processes and Performance Improvement Europe.Main Responsibilities and Job Content:Deliver the Data-driven tools and Automation Processes necessary to boost productivity, data usage and information availability and fruition to enable better decision making in the European Region, in support of business objectives and reflective of the wider JLR Digitalisation strategy and visionProduct ownership of development, support and training on data and productivity tools for Finance in EULiase with regional Digital/IT when neededWork with regional and global stakeholders to ensure appropriate delivery and compliance with JLR standards (architecture, data, information & cyber security, service delivery etc.)Develop good working relationships with the central organisation â Digital & Commercial â to leverage global initiatives on digitalisation and business transformationAdvise and consult with Business Stakeholders before and during the development of platforms and tools neededOptimise global technology strategy for the European Finance FunctionsWork with AGILE methodology, manage and prioritize requests and requirements according to impact.Manage and priorities development, change requests and deployment of European process improvement and automation technology for finance in EUGather and communicate technology requirements for assigned projectsManage the successful implementation of developed tools and users trainingManage and drive improvement in data quality across the NSC/Regional Finance organisationProvide application expertise to support ongoing management and maintenance of platforms when neededProvide incident management instance and support when needed for the tools ownedEnsure solutions conform to Digital Strategy, Security, Compliance and Delivery assurance standards to be adhered toUndertake any other tasks in connection with the role and as directed by the line managerProfessional Requirements & Interdisciplinary Requirements 3/5 years of professional development, Consultancy or IT experience in the area of Data Optimisation and Automation.Passion for programming, data and data lakes, IT & technology and its potential application, incl.
