For our office in Munich (in a hybrid working model), we are recruiting for an
18-month Trainee Program: Omnichannel Customer Engagement (f/m/d)
This program offers cross-functional Omnichannel Customer Engagement projects mainly within the Digital Innovation & Customer Engagement Team in Germany. In coordination with an assigned mentor, the trainee will support projects and assist in the daily business of the team to gain experience and perspective in omnichannel communication projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Support the design, build, and orchestration of customer journeys regarding content, target groups, and timing within the omnichannel strategy for all business units.
- Asset Management: Create and optimize digital and non-digital assets, including agency briefing, asset creation, and content review and approval processes.
- Performance Review: Review the performance and engagement impact of digital initiatives and campaigns, and assist in their adaptation and improvement based on insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work on projects with departments such as Customer Facing Excellence, Customer & Market Insight, Sales, and Marketing.
- Campaign Management: Support project management of centrally driven campaigns and maintain local campaign planning tools.
- Reporting & Insights: Assist in evaluating results reports and transfer new customer insights to the CRM system, supporting cross-functional collaboration.
- Agency & Project Support: Provide project management and agency handling support.
- Data Analysis: Prepare results and generate insights for local and regional stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support website maintenance using a Content Management System to optimize landing pages.
- Understand the strategy and operations of customer experience within omnichannel journeys.
- Evaluate and analyze customer experience data, integrating insights into strategies.

Your strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally make you an ideal candidate to drive engagement and loyalty in today\’s dynamic marketplace.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in content marketing, business, economics, communications, or related fields.
- Specialization in direct marketing, database marketing, or online marketing is preferred.
- Experience in the pharma industry (e.g., internships) is advantageous.
- Good sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Agile, hands-on approach to work.
- High affinity for digital and omnichannel tools and approaches.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Highly motivated to learn and develop.
