We are looking for inspirational Sales Directors able to shape the next wave of customer service deals, with holistic solutions that help businesses unlock the full potential of service to shape customer experience and accelerate growth.

Rising customer expectations, skill and talent gaps, legacy processes and tech, relentless market innovation—these factors are driving a shift in how service is delivered. Service must now encompass the entire customer journey—before, during, and after purchase—creating value and fostering growth.

You should have experience in originating and closing large-scale transformation, technology, and operations deals. This involves helping clients develop new operating models, modernize contact center workforces, and leverage Generative AI for predictive, proactive, and personalized service.

As a Business Development Director, you will:

  1. Utilize your network of senior client relationships to identify new strategic opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with Portfolio and Client Leads to originate priority Customer Service Transformation deals.
  3. Drive an origination pipeline through thought leadership, customer engagement, and relationship management.
  4. Create value-focused propositions through co-creating transformative ideas with clients.
  5. Combine strategy, change, design, operations, technology, and data to drive Service Reinvention.
  6. Create compelling solutions, proposals, and pitches that showcase the potential of technology and human ingenuity.
  7. Shape and close large-scale Customer Service partnerships with leading brands.

We are looking for candidates with experience in:

  1. Shaping and closing significant Customer Service Transformation deals.
  2. Strong client relationship skills and the ability to co-create scalable solutions that drive growth.
  3. End-to-end deal-making leadership from origination to commercial close.
  4. Transformative ability to integrate strategy, design, technology, and operations to deliver outcomes.

Set yourself apart with:

  1. A proven track record of transformative deal-making in customer service.
  2. An established network among customer care and operations leaders.
  3. Knowledge of platforms like Salesforce, AWS Connect, Sprinklr, Genesys, etc.
  4. Understanding of customer operations outsourcing and global business services models.
  5. Ability to craft compelling narratives and value propositions for major transformation deals.
  6. High emotional intelligence to navigate diverse brands, cultures, and individuals.
