The Role
We seek a results-driven Partner Business Manager (m/w/d) to manage and grow our Partner Business supporting our SMB / MidMarket sales team. You will strengthen existing relationships, acquire new partnerships, co-sell, and generate leads. Join us in a high-growth, future-oriented company where your success fuels our momentum.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement joint business plans with system integrators, software, implementation, and integration partners, as well as sales and marketing teams, to generate leads, build pipelines, and meet co-sell targets.
- Expand reach by collaborating with HCM/HRM & payroll providers, tax consultancies, and HR consulting firms.
- Plan, execute, and review progress based on business plans with partner solutions, sales, delivery, and marketing teams.
- Define and execute enablement and go-to-market strategies, manage pipelines.
- Build and expand the partner network in ATOSS target markets and industries.
- Manage partnerships and processes, including certifications, registrations, contracts.
- Collaborate closely with sales management.
Key Requirements
- Degree in business administration or a similar qualification.
- Sales experience in cloud/SaaS software, preferably in SMB, with a successful track record in partner collaboration.
- Experience in the HR market is advantageous.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Business fluent in German and English.
