Aufgaben

• Successful Application Migration: Migrate on-premise VM and Kubernetes applications to Azure, utilizing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for scalability and manageability.
• Optimized Infrastructure Deployment: Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for consistent, scalable deployments, reducing manual errors.
• Seamless Infrastructure Transition: Transition legacy systems to Azure smoothly, understanding both old and new architectures.
• Networking and Security: Implement secure network architectures in Azure, applying best practices for security and access control.
• Security and Compliance: Maintain a secure environment meeting regulatory standards, ensuring secure data migrations and deployments.
• Governance: Develop governance frameworks for Azure resource management, policy compliance, and security.
• Cloud Monitoring: Set up monitoring solutions for performance, health, and security, ensuring high availability.
• Cost Management: Optimize Azure costs, reducing unnecessary expenses and utilizing resources efficiently.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with IT and business stakeholders to align cloud migration with business goals and communicate effectively.
• Technical Discourse: Promote high-quality technical discussions for best practices and innovative solutions.
• Data Management and BCDR: Implement data migration, backup, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and resilience.

Technical Competencies Required

• Tools: Jira, Jira Service Desk, OpsGenie.
• CI/CD: Octopus Deploy, Azure DevOps.
• IaC: Terraform.
• Orchestration & Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
• Azure Expertise: Azure Administration, Governance, Entra (AD), Monitor, networking, AKS, backup, data storage.
• Certifications: Azure Solution Architect or Azure Administrator required.
• Migration: Experience with Azure Landing Zones and Cloud Migration.
