DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Establish a technical support link between Product Development Teams and OEMs.
  2. Exchange technical documentation, arrange, and conduct meetings between PDTs and Customers.
  3. Support product development including requirements definition, launch verification & validation, homologation, problem documentation, and resolution.
  4. Establish and maintain good relationships with OEM organizations at different competency levels.
  5. Conduct first-level investigations on Customer Reject Products, including handling & packaging.
  6. Provide onsite assistance to Customers with Product Quality Problems.
  7. Document accurate information on Quality issues via IRIS / DPRTS.
  8. Maintain communication between Aptiv RTLs and Customers regarding Quality issues.
  9. Uphold a good company image.
  10. Continuously develop professional qualifications.
  11. Protect confidential information and company property.
  12. Ensure timely completion of tasks in compliance with the valid quality system for Aptiv.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS :

  1. MSc degree in Electronics or related field (R)
  2. Familiarity with microcontroller applications and basic SW programming (P)
  3. Basic knowledge of hardware to understand technical specifications (R)
  4. Ability to understand production process procedures and quality risks (R)
  5. Experience in automotive electronics or industry (P)
  6. Good English communication skills (R)
  7. Ability to build good partnerships with customers and Aptiv (R)
  8. Knowledge of effective problem-solving methodologies (R)
  9. Familiarity with MS Office and basic PC knowledge (R)
  10. Driving license and experience (R)
  11. Mobility and flexibility as required (R)
  12. Team-oriented approach (R)
  13. Honesty in relations with clients and partners (R)
