Lead workstreams on initiatives like IT mergers, strategic transformations, and CIO/CSO reorganizations.Grow & Lead: Develop your skills and lead small project teams, mentoring colleagues.Be a Trusted Cybersecurity Professional: Analyze cybersecurity structures, design solutions, and help establish risk and compliance processes.Develop Long-Term Strategies: Create opportunities for new client projects through strategic cybersecurity planning.Mentor and Support: Support colleagues in their professional growth.Candidate ProfileExperience: 3+ years in Cybersecurity consulting or B2B Cybersecurity environment, ideally in fast-paced settings like startups, strategy consultancies, or investment firms.Education: Degree in IT or analytical fields from a leading university; diverse backgrounds are welcome.Certifications: Relevant cybersecurity standards (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001).
