The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Outbound/Inbound and warehouse planning departments. Responsibilities include staffing, training, health & safety, scheduling, order accuracy to support on-time delivery, continued improvements, and loss prevention. The Warehouse Operations Manager is accountable for meeting the operational goals of the Warehouse. Knuspr.de is in a fast growth mode, and this position will require a leader who can help us define the processes, procedures, and systems necessary to support and sustain our long-term growth.

Your Experience
What We Expect From You
- On-time delivery of inbound/outbound tasks by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies/procedures.
- Drive the process to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and accuracy.
- Quality, safety, and efficiency by employee involvement and teamwork.
- Warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning work; follow up on work results.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and preventive actions.
- Comply with warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.
- Direct the maintenance of physical conditions and appearance of the warehouse and maintain 5S.
- Responsible for recruiting, selecting, and training employees.
- Develop employee performance by appraising, coaching, and counseling.
- Establish safety practices and hold others accountable for adhering to them.
What We Look For
- Experience in a leadership position within a warehouse environment, particularly in E-commerce and FMCG.
- WMS, Lean, and Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain positive and productive relationships in a warehouse.
- Good cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – ability to manage multiple projects/assignments simultaneously.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and schedule tasks for the most efficient use of time.
- Knowledgeable on safety practices and 5S best practices.
- WMS implementation background.
- Be highly motivated.
