Your Role & Mission – We\’re seeking a creative and driven Working Student Marketing (all genders) in Berlin or Munich to support the marketing team across content, events, and campaigns – and learn how B2B SaaS marketing works from analytics to creatives. You’ll get a hands-on introduction to the world of B2B SaaS marketing while contributing directly to meaningful projects. From writing blog articles and social media posts to supporting the planning and execution of events and webinars, you’ll be a valued part of our mission to position Carbmee as a leader in climate tech.

Location: Onsite Munich or Onsite Berlin

Tasks

• Supporting webinars, virtual and in-person events including coordination and logistics
• Creating and adapting content for the blog, website, and social media channels
• Assisting in social media planning, scheduling and reporting
• Collaborating with our designers and marketing leads to bring creative ideas to life
• Getting exposure to the full spectrum of B2B marketing – from strategy to execution, from creatives to analytics

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a German university with a focus on Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Comfortable working in a diverse, hybrid team, with the adaptability to navigate changing priorities and new challenges
• A proactive team player with a learning and growth mindset
• Passionate about sustainability, carbon emissions, AI and/or B2B tech in alignment with Carbmee’s mission and vision is a plus
• German language skills on a native-speaking level and fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Based in Berlin or Munich and available for 15–20 hours/week
