In this position as a Ukrainian-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) Social Media Support , you will learn all about social media marketing and advertising and advise various customers on their marketing campaigns.

Start at the next possible date | full-time | 100% home office or at our Office – AndreasstraĂźe 10, 10243 Berlin | Monday – Sunday from 08am – 11pm | Ukrainian and English | Inbound | up to 2.500€* gross/month.
What you will do in this role
As a Ukrainian-speaking Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d) Social Media Support in our team you will:
- Have a paid, extensive training about all things social media – like digital marketing, online advertising and more.
- Deal with the customer’s various concerns regarding their social media account, marketing measures and their advertising effectiveness and offering them the right solution.
- Analyse and measure success metrics and optimize ad placements so your customer will have a powerful, successful marketing campaign.
- Constantly expand your knowledge of the ever-changing world of social media so that you are always up to date with new developments.
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Are proficient or bilingual in Ukrainian in speech and writing.
- Also have a good command of written and spoken English .
- Are service-orientated and communicative and are able to meet customers at eye level in a friendly and pleasant manner.
- Are interested in social media, online media or digital marketing.
- Can flexibly cover the service hours (Monday – Sunday from 08am – 11pm), which are staffed using a rotating multi-shift system.
- Are a German resident.
- Can fulfil the requirements for a remote workplace.
- Are willing to continuously expand your skills.
Ideally you already have:
- Experience in customer service
- A recognised qualification and experience in customer service support.
