Boeing is looking for Supplier Program Management located in one of Boeing’s entities in Europe: UK (Burgess Hill), Netherlands (Amsterdam), France (Paris), Germany (Hamburg), Poland (Gdansk).

The role may be on-site or hybrid, depending on business needs. Travel up to 25% is required.

This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Responsibilities:

1. Support Parts and Distribution portfolio and major engine programs by developing marketing or sales initiatives for specific product lines.
2. Assist Product Line Managers/IPT leaders in specific countries for key accounts and markets.
3. Conduct market analysis, research, data collection, and customer satisfaction assessments.
4. Travel as needed to support country and customer/market strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Lead stakeholder relationships and performance across go-to-market strategies.
• Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills to support customer expectations.
• Ability to identify opportunities and collaboratively execute strategies to capture market share.
• Gather and report meaningful market/customer information to support programs.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and typically 10+ years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Problem solving and strategic decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and customer focus.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to project a positive customer experience.
• Understanding mutual benefits for customer and business.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Engine MRO experience.

Employer will not sponsor visas. Candidates must have legal authorization to work and travel in Europe. Relocation assistance is not provided; candidates must reside nearby or relocate at their own expense.
