Your mission

• Consulting customers on the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM and Commerce solutions.
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes in supply chain and commerce.
• Creating and implementing tailored solution concepts based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM.
• Assisting in developing functional concepts and technical specifications.
• Conducting workshops and training sessions for customers.
• Supporting sales in acquiring and consulting on new customer projects.

Your profile

• Several years of experience as a consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM / Commerce or previous versions.
• Knowledge of retail processes, preferably in retail / omni-channel solutions.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Salesforce).
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Enjoy working in a team.
• Passion for continuous personal and professional development.
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
• Willingness to travel.
