About the role

In this position, you will help develop our business in Northern and Eastern Germany. This position is essential to build upon our leading market position with EMEA Distribution in order to deliver upon our global growth ambitions and will be based in Munich or remotely within Germany.

What you will do

  1. Develop a sound understanding of the Germany market environment, including top customer opportunities as well as emerging customer opportunities.
  2. Support our designs and sales teams with distribution branches and top-end customers.
  3. Promote our portfolio and value proposition to distribution branches and top-end customers.
  4. Understand the relationship matrix at branch level and with top-end customers.
  5. Establish and develop relationship strategies to improve our market position, along with Distribution Corporate Accounts at top distribution branches and with top-end customers.
  6. Ensure all key internal systems and processes are updated on a timely basis with accurate information.
  7. Gather and communicate market and competitor information within the organization.

What you will need

  1. Master’s degree in electrical engineering is an advantage.
  2. Proven technical and commercial/business understanding.
  3. Minimum 3 years of Sales/Marketing experience in the EMEA Semiconductor Industry.
  4. Experience in promoting and selling Power and Commodity products.
  5. Experience in Industrial, Automotive, and Distribution business sectors.
  6. Entrepreneurial thinking, result-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
  7. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
  8. Team player with a hands-on mentality.
  9. Willingness to travel frequently.
