Location : Germany or Netherlands

Responsibility :

• Category Management : Lead purchasing and sales activities for the Electronics category, which may include 3C products and Home Appliances.
• Performance Ownership : Drive gross profit margin (GPM) and gross merchandise value (GMV) for assigned categories. Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Sales Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, including pricing structures and promotional campaigns.
• Procurement Negotiations : Identify and engage with potential partners, manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and cost efficiencies, validate fees, and ensure accurate data maintenance.
• Product Selection : Curate and select category-specific products that align with consumer demand and usage scenarios.
• Resource Coordination : Collaborate with international supply chain teams to secure necessary resources and support.
• Data-Driven Optimization : Analyze sales and procurement data to identify trends, propose improvements, and enhance gross profit margins.

Requirements :

• Experience : At least 8 years of e-commerce experience in Electronics categories.
• Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of Electronics categories with strong market insights and proven purchasing expertise.
• Network : Established relationships within the Electronics network in Netherlands or Germany.
• Skills : Exceptional analytical abilities, data sensitivity, and logical thinking. Effective communicator with a passion for continuous learning.
• Mindset : Highly driven, innovative, team-oriented, and committed to aligning personal contributions with organizational goals.
